Result of a hierarchical and social division, the life that fit into the city is determined qualitatively front of a dynamic spatial differentiation. In large cities, the state investment is appropriate by the ruling classes in real estate. Consequently, the permanent exercise of the ruling class on urban land determines the deployment of an infrastructure that turns to capitalist interests, constantly promoting socio-spatial exclusion.
