The constant state surveillance - through their organizations - running an increasing encroachment on individual rights. Ratification of state power is done in disregard of laws and social rules imposed by it. The normalizing sanction of its disciplinary power produces a desired behavior and regularly is required, as to punish those who challenge or that just do not fit in certain social settings, such as the prison and psychiatric systems. With the spread of technological tools in society, surveillance is permanent and the discipline imposed. We live in a society of control.
