The culture administered by the state, given the determination of the market, has become an object of consumption, standardization and exclusion. The cultural diffusion media are approached from an economic perspective serving finally as a springboard for homogenization of social reality. Man in society, inserted in a false democratic culture, has become a passive element, an ideal consumer. Passive because immersed in the logic of this cultural industry, has its critical position constantly faced, deformed, becoming thus a mere uncritical viewer, in a consumer that all say yes. In addition, the distribution of cultural property not only allows a neutralization of the individual but also reinforces a separation between social classes. In the first case, the qualitative character of culture is crucial; the second established the capital, culture is denied to a segment of society.
